Peter Hartwoth was lost.
Lost. Maybe not the best word for the situation, but the only one he could think of that would fit. He knew where he was in a physical sense. He was in downtown New York. He was about Five miles from Dwarf Star Labs, on the corner of Allen street and First. He could have easily gotten back to the wreckage of the place too. The flames could be seen from here, and the whole it's absence left in the skyline would have shown him where regardless. No, maybe lost wasn't the word that fit here.
But then again, if he took lost to mean having no direction, then he most certainly was. He had no idea where to go, what to do, o

“What do you mean you 'weren't here'? You were sitting right there!”
His head was fuzzy. He hated when people talked to him when he was like this. It never quite made sense. “I mean I wasn't there when you gave the assignment. Look, it’s not a big deal, just give me an extension!”
Mrs. Underwood just shook her head. “I'm not giving you any more time than the others. If you're too lazy to do the work, then you won't get the grade. Now go to lunch.”
He hated being dismissed. He wasn't a child damn it! Grabbing his books, he stormed out into the hall. After three years of high school, you'd think he'd
Tiberius Hartworth lay in a heap before the boy. As the child walked away, he didn’t even once look back. Why would he? All that lay behind was a corpse, not even the only corpse. Just one among many. But please, let us not look upon him as he is, for that’s not a sight worth seeing. Let’s take a step back, and take a moment to remember him not as he is, but as he was. And what was he you ask? He was many things; among them, genius, philanthropist, scientist, visionary, mad man, and later in life a monster. Please, follow me into his past, that I may show you how one as influential and important as he could be cast aside lik
"Walk away. Please..."
But he didn't. As he rose, debris falling from his shoulder like hail, He turned to face the boy. his creation. His... masterpiece.
"Please... I've done everything you've wanted, just... just walk away."
The facility rumbled, and pieces of the ceiling fell down behind him. It appeared as though the boy had destroyed the support fixtures throughout the entire complex. In all his years, he had never dreamed it would be this effective. This far reaching. This accurate! If only he had known just how powerful the finished product would actually become! Surely then they would have acknowledged his genius...

Looking Back
"There comes a time in everyone’s life when we are forced to look back. To face all the mistakes, the hurt, the opportunities we missed. We wonder about all the things we could have done, could have seen. We think back on our lives, trying desperately to find who we were, and who we could have been. These are the moments that every person fears. We surround ourselves with friends and loved ones, fill our homes with new and exciting things, make as much noise and as big a bang as we can. Because when these things are all gone, and you’re all alone in the dark, the only thing that’s left is your mistakes. It is i
Welcome to our happy little world my good man. Confused? well don't worry, that's perfectly natural here. There are lots of others just like you, some brought here, others MADE here, but either way, here you all are!
Oh but I suppose you want to know just where here is don't you? well OK! I imagine its a similar world to your own, though again, there will be a few differences. There are the same number of continents here, same number of countries, and only a few of those country's are any different from your home! So far so normal right? well, that's not all! England still has a queen here! in fact, she's a rather happy monarch!

There are those who fear the night. They are wise, for the night doesn't belong to us. No, the night belongs to the creatures that day has shunned. The night isn't picky, nor is it judgemental. It's dark embrace welcomes all that those of the day cast aside, and well, such creatures tend to be bitter. While those people may be right to fear the night, they tend to be blind to an equally dangerous time.

Those few moments between the setting of the sun and the rising of the moon hold their own beings. Strange and wondrous creatures, but strange and alien as well. Their minds are not like ours, or even like the beasts of the dark. We

she wouldn't read any more of them.
i just told her in a quiet voice that i was tired of screaming

the thing with me is that i always

people, newspapers, fucks, metaphors.

Hey! I haven't uploaded anything in a while, but I have a good reason!
See, I've been working on a collection of short stories, set in a sci fi world. I don't usually work with sci fi, so I've been doing a lot of research and planning to start this. After weeks, I've finally got a vague outline for what I want to do. Its a collection of short stories from a particular solar system. I don't wanna share to much right now, but expect at least seven from this setting. Just the outline has kicked my but, so I don't know when the actual stories will be ready for posting. I hope within the next two weeks, I'll have one out.
For anyone curio
Hey! its been a while, but I swear I didn't die. Pinkie promise.
Any way, I've finally got the start of a story to post. I decided to try my hand at writing something easy, so I did a fan fiction. At first it may not be apparent just what continuity I'm writing in, but just bear with me. Hope I finish it, but ya never know. Any way, I've got the first few chapters reviewed and ready to post. please tell me what you think!
so, I've been on hiatus for a while now. But now, I'm back. With a little prompting from my friend, Ive decided to once again try my hand at writing an actual story. Don't know how it'll go, but Imma give it a shot! I'm not very good with this websites' lay out, so posting may be a little obnoxious... Any way, expect semi-regular posts of my not so regular story. Deviants, please enjoy.
